Application to Host a Pipe Organ Encounter – Technical (For Builder)

Before starting this form, please be sure you have at the ready the following items needed for upload during the application process:

  1. A digital file (.xls, .PDF, .rtf, .doc, etc.) which contains a brief history of your firm, as well as a brief description of the layout of your facility
  2. All names of proposed faculty or staff from the builder’s firm who will have contact with participants (giving instrument demonstrations, leading classes, chaperoning on POE-Tech field trips, etc.)
  3. A digital file (.PDF, .rtf, .doc, etc.) listing all proposed instruments and sites for lessons, workshop purposes, or concerts
  4. A digital file which is a scan of the “Statement of Approval” signed by the dean of the chapter. (Form is found on the third page of Section 6.1.2 of the POE Handbook.)

Please note: The usual deadline for application to host a POE event is April 1, in the calendar year prior to the year in which an event will take place.  For example, the chapter application to host a 2025 POE event must be received by April 1, 2024.  If you have questions, please contact David Lincoln, Director of the Committee on Pipe Organ Encounters, by email.
