Grievances

Grievance Procedures for Employment Termination Discontinued

As part of the restructuring of the American Guild of Organists in 2012, the discontinuation of the use of the Grievance Procedures for employment termination was approved by the National Council and, as of July 1, 2013, they are no longer available for AGO members.

Other Grievance Procedures

The Code of Ethics, Code of Professional Standards, Discipline, Alternate Dispute Resolution, Mentor Program, Employment Review, and other Professional Development options are still available to support AGO members.
