PLEASE NOTE: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Please note: Payment of registration fees should be handled directly with the POE host chapter. Please visit the POE’s local website, or see the brochure on the POE and POE+ pages for payment procedure for the POE you wish to attend. Online application and sending payment should both be completed before POE event deadlines. Registration is not complete until the registration fee has been received and acknowledged by the POE host chapter. IMPORTANT: If you are applying for a scholarship, please apply first to attend the POE of your choice, and then notify the local POE director of your need for a scholarship.
