The American Guild of Organists respects your privacy. We retain customer information only to facilitate the fulfillment of your order.
Registration
If you decide to place an order and make a purchase, we will request billing and shipping address information, so that we may deliver your order to the requested address. We will ask for payment information. In the event that you use a credit card, we will need the Card Type, Cardholder Name, Card Numbers and the Expiration Date for payment processing. We will not share this information with anyone.
E-mail Address
If you give us your e-mail address, we will only use that e-mail address to keep you informed of order/shipment details. We will not share your e-mail address with anyone.
Refunds
AGO Store Purchases
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. We will pay for the return shipping if something was shipped in error.
Contributions and Gala Ticket Sales
All contributions and Gala ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. You may discontinue your membership at any point during the membership year and receive a full refund of the national portion of your dues. See The American Organist magazine for a description of dues rates.
