Message from the Dean

Updates from our Chapter include the “retirement” of our long-time Dean, Shirey Smith, who is busy with new endeavors. Many thanks to Shirley for tireless years of leadership and service.

We’re committed to continuing our signature annual PLANNING FOR MUSIC MINISTRY programs; stay tuned for details as planning commences for Fall 2017. If you have ideas or topics that you would like to see addressed, please contact one of our officers.

New members are ALWAYS welcome: choir, youth, and music directors can benefit from the association,as  well as organists. And you don’t have to be a pipe organ afficianado – we’re an open and friendly group and interested in helping each other!

Sincerely,

Joy Christian, Dean

I find value in my AGO membership because of the educational resources available and the opportunities to participate in community service. The AGO challenges me to learn more, expand my network, and get involved!
